Emily is a Clinical Art Therapist and 200 hour RYT who specializes in treating folks struggling with disordered eating and body image distress. Throughout the course of her career she’s worked with people of all ages and many different backgrounds, from inpatient psychiatric units to outpatient therapy and nearly everything in between. Emily’s passionate about dismantling diet culture and body belief systems through the use of traditional talk therapy as well as the arts and movement. Emily’s also interested in working with folks with anxiety, depression, and general life struggles. Emily is accepting new clients with out-of-network benefits on a sliding scale, or through Healthfirst and Cigna.
Sasha Kunzinger, ma, cat-lp, ATR-P
Clinical Arts Therapist, Certified Death Doula
Sasha is an Art Therapist. She offers trauma-informed care for adolescents and adults navigating challenging life experiences. She is also a Death Doula certified by the University of Vermont. Together, these disciplines inform a practice that is both clinical and creative. Using artistic materials and the language of deathcare, Sasha strives to honor each client's unique relationship to reality. She works to support people as they make sense of turmoil and transition.
